Refund & Cancellation Policy
Service Overview
At ASN Consultancy, we are committed to delivering accurate and professional accounting, bookkeeping, and financial consulting services.
Our services are both professional and customized to cater to individual needs. Engagement typically commences after payment confirmation and receipt of the necessary documentation from the client.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment, provided the service has not yet begun. Once work is underway, cancellation requests may not be honored. To submit a cancellation request, please email: support@asnconsulting.com.
Refund Policy
Due to the customized and professional nature of our services:
Payments are non-refundable once service delivery has started. In cases of erroneous payments or duplicate charges, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days after verification. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Dispute Resolution
Any service-related issues must be reported within 7 days of service delivery. We will promptly and professionally review and address the concern.
